Responsibilities Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, iPads, Apple Watches, and smartwatches; Replace screens, batteries, charging connectors, and glass (multi-brand); Provide in-person and online customer service with a consultative and sales-oriented approach; Conduct technical diagnostics and issue service orders; Organize the laboratory and maintain a tidy workplace; Manage inventory, conduct component/product audits, and liaise with suppliers; Monitor the progress of service orders. Requirements Completed technical course; Proven experience in mobile phone maintenance; Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented profile for customer service. What we offer **Salary:** BRL 2,125.00; **Commissions:** 3% to 7% on services performed; **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + Meal allowance of BRL 17.90 per day; Monthly earnings starting from BRL 3,000.00; CLT employment contract.
