Responsibilities: * Perform food pre-preparation and preparation; * Organize and clean the work area; * Assist in finalizing kitchen tasks; * Work collaboratively and demonstrate proactivity; * Pay attention to details, maintain organization, and demonstrate observational skills; * Provide humanized care and demonstrate effective communication skills; * Comply with applicable standards and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in kitchen and buffet operations; Knowledge of meat cutting and preparation (mandatory); Proficiency in good food handling practices.
