Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms and suites, following safety and hygiene protocols, and performing maintenance and surface cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in standard operating procedure trainings Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and suites, following established protocols; * Adhering to safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Using appropriate PPE (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and configuring cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits; * Receiving daily instructions from supervisors and reporting corrective maintenance needs; * Room/suite interventions include tidying, linen replacement, replenishment of amenities, identification of laundry departures, and sanitation—including surface cleaning, trash bin replacement, and bathroom sanitation; * Floor cleaning is performed via sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors; * Mandatory participation in department-specific standard operating procedure trainings, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
