We currently have an opening for **Web and Conversion Apprentice (Marketing)**! We seek proactive, creative individuals eager to learn and grow while contributing to an innovative team. The workload is 30 hours per week, in-person, as we believe face-to-face idea exchange and teamwork make all the difference for our success. **Profile We Seek:** * Be aged between 18 and 23; * Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor; * Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator; * Interest in learning SEO (search engine optimization); * Interest in learning CRO (conversion rate optimization); * Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Communications, or IT. **Attitudes We Expect From You:** * Update and build pages on our websites using WordPress \+ Elementor; * Ensure good visual and technical performance of websites; * Help create landing pages and forms focused on conversion; * Support creating simple automations in RD Station (workflows, e\-mails, segmentation); * Program marketing automation (landing pages, e\-mails); * Segment leads based on behavior and interest; * Monitor results and suggest data-driven improvements. **Selection Process Steps:** 1\.
