Responsibilities/Activities? * Lead and guide technicians and installers for telecommunications networks, systems, and equipment. * Monitor productivity, performance, and work schedules. * Ensure continuous and efficient operation of voice, data, internet, and other communication systems. * Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance. * Monitor the implementation of new projects, such as network expansion, installation of new equipment, or system migration. * Ensure deadlines, budget, and quality. * Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to service quality. * Work to minimize failures, signal drops, slowness, or other technical issues. * Serve as the point of contact for customers in more complex cases. * Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer support, engineering, IT). * Ensure operations comply with technical standards and ANATEL regulations (in Brazil). * Apply best practices for information and network security. What We Require From You: * Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in fiber optic installations; * Experience with network infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, radio systems, fiber optics, satellite, etc. * Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VoIP, etc.), routers, switches, and monitoring systems. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Clear and concise communication. * Driver’s license category B. Additional Information You Should Know: * This position requires on-site work. * Work schedule: Monday, 08:00–18:00; alternate Saturdays, 08:00–17:00; and rotating Sunday on-call shifts.
