




Job Summary: Technical support internship to assist customers through various channels and support company management, covering customer service routines and product implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in technical support to customers via chat, phone, email, or WhatsApp 2. Assist in product implementation processes with customers 3. Support company management and customer service routines RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in technical support to customers via chat, phone, email, or WhatsApp; * Assist in remote product implementation processes with customers; * Assist in customer service triage; * Assist customers with product access procedures (login and access keys); * Assist in customer service (SAC); * Support company management; * Perform other customer service routines. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Technology (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.); * Availability to work on-site in the Campinas neighborhood of São José \- SC; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and customer service channels. WORK SCHEDULE: 6 hours per day. Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1\.400,00 \- R$1\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
