Your role goes beyond conventional technical support; you will be responsible for triaging support tickets and ensuring customer success through specialized (remote and in-person) training. **Key Responsibilities Include:** \- Training Leadership: Design and deliver operational training sessions for customers. \- Continuing Education: Develop supporting materials, guides, and knowledge bases. \- Consultative Support: Assist customers in resolving queries and monitor the execution of internal routines. \- Ticket Management: Triage and organize requests via HelpDesk platforms. **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Technical education experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, with strong involvement in training and people development. \- Tool proficiency: Familiarity with HelpDesk platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Movidesk, Zendesk, or similar). \- Technical background: Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and hardware maintenance. **Preferred Qualifications and Desired Profile** \- Didactics and communication: Fluency in public speaking, instructor posture, and clarity in conveying technical knowledge. \- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and full availability for travel (primarily for training purposes). \- Educator profile: Genuine passion for teaching, developing people, and sharing knowledge. \- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize user learning.
