Technical guidance in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic engineering **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Heavy Equipment Research and Development (R\&D) Coordinator is a strategic professional responsible for leading the creation, enhancement, and innovation of machinery for mining, civil construction, and agribusiness. This role operates at the intersection of technical engineering and project management, ensuring that new technologies improve equipment efficiency, safety, and longevity. Responsibilities: Innovation Project Management: Plan and supervise the development of new products, from concept through prototyping and field testing. Continuous Improvement: Analyze equipment performance in operation to propose technical improvements, reducing operational costs and increasing productivity. Technical Leadership: Guide teams of engineers and technicians in resolving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic engineering problems. Documentation and Standards: Prepare technical documentation and manuals; ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards. Production Interface: Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement departments (BOM \- Bill of Materials) to ensure production feasibility. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in design tools (CAD/SolidWorks), simulation (FEA/Finite Element Analysis), and machine automation.
