Our client specializes in the industrialization and commercialization of balcony enclosures and seeks an HR professional to support continuous improvement initiatives, monthly payroll closing, and other HR department needs—including feedback, team follow-up and motivation, as well as recruitment and selection. Ensure efficient people management within the company by leading recruitment, onboarding, development, and routine HR processes—ensuring compliance, organization, and leadership support, with emphasis on workplace climate, performance, and cultural reinforcement to sustain operational growth. **Responsibilities:** Post job openings and screen resumes. Schedule and conduct interviews with the responsible manager. Request, verify, and organize admission documents. Register employees in the ECG system with documents and information. Conduct onboarding for new employees. Monitor probationary periods and statutory deadlines. Record absences, late arrivals, medical certificates, and justifications. Share knowledge, enhance individual expertise, and contribute to team development. Organize and manage vacation schedules for the entire team. Participate in team meetings discussing improvements and adjustments. Support termination processes and exit interviews. Support managers in conflict resolution when necessary. Develop organizational charts and salary positions. Serve as the guardian of our company culture. Maintain a friendly atmosphere across the entire team. Process timekeeping records and submit adjustments when required. Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed. Manage occupational health examinations and ASO expiration dates. Ensure process standardization. Validate company documents according to each document’s expiration date. Order uniforms or any required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when replenishment is needed. Process monthly benefit renewals (meal vouchers and transportation vouchers). Conduct internal workplace climate surveys. Update the “Good News” bulletin board at the beginning of each month. Hold individual conversations with each employee. Support employees and managers with HR-related requests. Prepare departmental reports and KPIs. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Psychology; Experience with HR management systems; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Organizational and process-oriented mindset; Teamwork skills; Active and coherent listening aligned with stakeholder needs; A sensitive and solution-oriented approach to problem resolution; Empathy and flexibility in action; Clear and assertive communication. **Benefits:** Collaborative and innovative work environment; Opportunity for professional growth; Meal voucher; Transportation voucher (with 6% payroll deduction per legislation) or vehicle allowance (no deduction). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (1-hour break). **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Jardim Santiago **City:** São José **State:** Santa Catarina
