We operate primarily in Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking countries, connecting people and cultures through undergraduate, graduate, master’s, and doctoral programs, as well as scientific and cultural initiatives that strengthen global knowledge. **What will you do?** Installation and maintenance of systems and software Diagnosis and resolution of daily IT issues Configuration and maintenance of IPv4 networks Configuration of TP-Link switches Installation and configuration of Windows 11 Creation and management of profiles on Windows 11 Server management on **Proxmox** Firewall configuration with **pfSense** Operation and configuration of **Asterisk** telephony and mobile telephony Storage management on **OpenMediaVault (NAS)** User support (on-site and remote **technical support**) Use of equipment inventory and control tools Implementation of information security best practices (antivirus, updates, etc.) Agile and accurate diagnosis of failures and incidents **We’d love it if you meet the following requirements:** Prior experience in the IT field Practical knowledge of the technologies listed above Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Analytical and collaborative mindset **Bonus qualifications:** IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, MikroTik, Windows Server, etc.) Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell) Experience with network and server monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG) Familiarity with Linux and Active Directory Hands-on hardware experience and backup routines Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) **Location:** Florianópolis/SC – Downtown **What are my working hours?** Work schedule is **Monday through Friday**, **on-site**, with an **8-hour daily workload**.
