**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering** ======================================== TOTVS | Florianópolis - SC | Hybrid Job Description **Role Mission** Work as a Senior/Lead Software Development Analyst on the company’s strategic projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and performance-oriented applications. This professional will be responsible for implementing high-quality technical solutions, collaborating across departments, and supporting the continuous modernization of the organization’s systems in a dynamic environment with constant technological evolution challenges. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Develop and maintain applications using Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. * Implement and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and scalability. * Perform system integrations, ensuring interoperability and security. * Engage in relational database modeling and maintenance (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). * Collaborate with UX/UI, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Work with the team to diagnose and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and incidents. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and system improvement. * Support the adoption of software engineering best practices, automated testing, and code versioning. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Practical experience developing with Java 11+ and related frameworks. * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end technologies (preferred). * Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). * Familiarity with version control environments (Git) and continuous integration tools. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Preferred: knowledge of containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud computing environments. * Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
