If you enjoy waking up early, love the fashion universe, are passionate about movement, and feel your purpose is to inspire confidence and motivation in the women around you, we want you on our team serving our community! **About the Opportunity** **Department:** R&D **Location:** Ponte do Imaruim - Palhoça/SC **Work Model:** On-site - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Sewing pilot garments (knowledge of completing an entire garment is required); * Participating in improvements after the pilot garment is finalized; * Reviewing and adjusting the garment until it meets the desired standard; and * Performing minor repairs and fixes on production garments (e.g., holes, crooked hems, skipped stitches, etc.). **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in pattern fitting to identify garment construction; * Experience in fabric cutting; * Experience in garment sewing; * Proficiency in operating domestic sewing machines, industrial straight-stitch machines, overlock machines, and binding machines; * Understanding of finishing processes; and * Residence in the Palhoça/São José/Biguaçu or Florianópolis region. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a Pilotista in textile retail. **What We Offer:** * Wellhub (no employee deduction); * Mixtra (discount club); * We value healthy habits!
