Description Responsible for ensuring accounting and tax compliance, as well as supporting the analysis and control of the real estate agency’s financial transactions. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, analyze, and reconcile accounting and financial accounts. * Ensure tax compliance according to current legislation. * Participate in the accounting closing process and generation of financial statements. * Perform bank reconciliation of real estate sales receipts. * Request issuance of invoices from parties involved in property sales and verify accounting classification. * Organize documentation for accounting within the CRM system. * Record entries in financial spreadsheets. * Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation. * Proficiency in ERP tools and advanced Excel skills. * Analytical mindset, organized, with strong interpersonal communication skills. Systems used: PipeImob, Excel. Activities Verify signed contracts against data in the PipeImob system to issue commission invoices to the client responsible for payment, within the timeframe and conditions agreed upon in the purchase and sale contract. Request invoice issuance from Gralha's Accounting department and business partners via e-mail. Enter data into the Sales Dashboard spreadsheet. Enter data into the DRE spreadsheet. Enter data into the VGV spreadsheet. Assist in preparing trial balances and financial reports. Carry out execution and control of accounting spreadsheets and reports. Monitor municipal and state laws. Check withheld taxes. Analyze asset accounts. Process receipt settlements. Reconcile bank transactions. Resolve pending issues. Organize documentation related to the company's accounting. Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification. Generate accounting entries.
