José Carlos Daux, 5500 \- Saco Grande, Florianópolis Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday shift of 4 hours. On-site \| CLT Your responsibilities: ✔ Conduct quotations and purchases of office supplies and materials; ✔ Enter invoices into the Omie system; ✔ Manage physical and virtual inventory, ensuring accuracy; ✔ Support cost reduction initiatives and improvements in purchasing processes. What we are looking for: Experience in corporate procurement; Proficiency in the Omie system (preferred); Knowledge in physical and virtual inventory management; Organization, proactivity, and analytical mindset; Inventory management and controls.
