Job Summary: Assist in cleaning, food preparation, and dish preparation under supervision, ensuring food safety and customer well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing snacks and customized dishes ### **12x36 shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- IPQ HOSPITAL \- Colônia Santana, São José/SC** *Assist in proper cleaning, up to helping prepare and cook meals and dishes under the Cook's guidance. Responsible for ensuring food safety, aiming at customers' health and well-being.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform pre-preparation of vegetables and produce, reviewing menu preparations under the Cook's supervision. * Carry out pre-preparation and assembly of salads—both raw and cooked—according to the day's menu. * Ensure cleaning of all utensils used in meal preparations, organizing them properly in their designated locations. * Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juice extractors and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitization plan for equipment—including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters—as well as internal and external kitchen and restaurant cleaning. * Maintain restaurant organization by appropriately stocking tables. * Restock food items, salads, and desserts during meal hours. * Assist in returning trays, plates, and cutlery, ensuring correct disposal of food and non-food waste when necessary. * Provide assistance in preparing snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly comply with company procedures per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * On-site meals * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC or SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) **We value diversity:** *People with Disabilities (PCDs) are welcome here.* *Submit your resume.* Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Meal voucher * Attendance bonus
