Job Summary: The LED Maintenance Assistant works in the laboratory, supporting corrective and preventive maintenance of LED equipment, controlling quality, and organizing bench-level processes. The **LED Maintenance Assistant** works directly in the Laboratory department, responsible for technical support in corrective and preventive maintenance of LED equipment, as well as quality control and organization of bench-level processes. Must possess technical knowledge in electronics and commitment to safety, quality, and maintenance delivery timelines. Main Responsibilities **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; we provide specific training.** * Ensure all installations and equipment comply with applicable safety standards and regulations; * Ensure availability of necessary supplies and tools for repairs at your bench; * Assist the team in performing tasks, especially in the absence of the Coordinator; * Guarantee quality of maintenance performed on equipment at your bench, including testing and validation; * Prepare daily time sheets listing equipment and repair time for your bench; * Analyze, identify, and resolve technical faults in electro-electronic and mechanical equipment; * Perform analysis and repair of components on electronic circuit boards (intermediate level); * Conduct maintenance of LED cabinets and accessories; * Perform maintenance on controllers, power supplies, and other electronic devices as needed; * Perform factory reset configurations on controllers when requested; Provide technical support to operational teams whenever necessary. **Technical Requirements** Education: Technical Course in Electronics or related fields (knowledge of circuit and electronic component analysis); Computer Skills: Intermediate level; Ability to interpret technical specifications and manuals; **Desirable Differentiator** Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to quality and safety; * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments; * Proactivity in seeking technical solutions; * Responsibility and punctuality in task execution.
