Understanding of administrative organization and financial control. **Treinova Consulting**, in partnership with a **technology and LED panel company** located in **Florianópolis – SC (Cachoeira do Bom Jesus)**, is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join the team. We seek a committed, organized, analytical candidate with strong digital tool proficiency to directly support the company’s administrative, contractual, and financial routines. ### **Required Technical Competencies:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred). * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Experience reviewing, verifying, and editing contracts. * Support in financial routines, especially **accounts payable**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (spreadsheets, data organization, basic/intermediate formulas). * Proficiency in **Word** (contract editing and formatting). * Familiarity with **PowerPoint** for organizing reports and presentations. * Experience with **Google Drive** (folder organization, sharing, and document access control). * Experience with **CRM or internal systems**. * Comfort using digital systems and tools.
