We are over 20,000 people committed to delivering high-quality, high-performance products for the best of sports. **Responsibilities and duties** * Check for product shortages in the sales area and request restocking from store management; * Receive weekly merchandise deliveries; * Conduct onboarding for new employees; * Process invoices into the system; * Assist in training on new technologies related to products sold in the store; * Support inventory analysis – inventory management, for example: slow-moving items, best-sellers, item replenishment, etc.; * Assist in competitor research to support marketing strategies and promotional campaigns; * Engage the team to achieve performance targets; * Prepare product return reports; * Close the cash register in the absence of the Store Manager; * Assist in timekeeping calculations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Reside in Porto Belo or surrounding areas; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule and Sundays on a 2:1 rotation; * Relevant work experience. **We have a dream: To build a better country by leading the development of sports in Brazil.** ****Vulcabras was founded in 1952, but it was from 1973 onward that sports became part of our DNA.
