Currently, we offer a portfolio of over **19 brands**, and this position is for the **1Doc solution**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Data Cleaning Support:** Assist in cleaning and standardizing spreadsheets and files to be imported into our database (BigQuery); * **Dashboard Development Support:** Support the creation and updating of simple charts and reports in Power BI or Looker Studio; * **Process Documentation:** Help maintain an updated data dictionary and BI tool user guides; * **Information Validation:** Perform spot checks to ensure dashboard data accurately reflects the source files; * **Administrative Support for Strategy:** Assist management in organizing presentations and collecting simple KPIs from various teams; * **Digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Reside in Florianópolis** and have **availability to attend in person** at Renapsi (Florianópolis city center, once per week); * Currently enrolled in High School or Technical Education, preferably in fields such as **Computer Science, Administration, Systems Analysis, or STEM disciplines**; * Availability to **work morning shifts** (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM); * **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace:** Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (understanding what a simple formula is and how to organize a table); * **Technical Curiosity:** Genuine interest in learning what a database is, what SQL is, and how Business Intelligence (BI) tools work; * **Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.** **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior initial exposure to programming logic. * Certificates from free online courses on Data or Excel. *To meet the Young Apprentice Program requirements, you must be between 14 and 24 years old, currently enrolled and attending school, or have already completed high school.
