Handle the customer portfolio of on-vacation internal sales representatives via telephone, e\-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maintain relationships and active sales. Assist branch management with customer order handling, guidance, and data entry—either manually or via KDaPeça. Assist branch management in completing real-time management dashboards for performance indicators and sales campaigns, entering orders, identifying factories, and entering customer bonuses—supporting information management.
