What awaits you on a daily basis: * Greet customers and identify their needs; * Issue service tickets for customers at stores; * Provide prompt service for requests such as duplicate bills, product exchanges or equipment returns, clarification of doubts, and other related matters; * Guide customers through product and service tastings and usage within the store; * Inform customers about rules, contractual terms, and proper use of products and services; * Follow Claro Group’s customer service and relationship guidelines; * Organize issued service tickets to optimize customers’ waiting time in-store. 2512200202551081018
