Here, you can chart your path to the future!** * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor billing (Hourly / Monthly / New customer acquisition / Partnerships); * Monitor regional activity—competition and generator hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Incident (Sinistro) handling; * Develop work schedules; * Verify cash balances; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lots; * Manage maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams; * Complete billing spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage petty cash fund; * Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports; * Handle delinquency cases for monthly and partnership accounts; * Process timesheets; * Address requests from clients / stakeholders; * Train maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Experience leading teams; * Excellent oral communication skills; * Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel); * Ability to analyze reports; * Experience with integrated systems; * Valid driver’s license (CNH). **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Schedule – 6 days on / 1 day off, from 2:30 PM to 10:50 PM (day off on Monday) **Benefits:** * Monthly meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Corporate University; .
