We back brands that stand out in the market through consistency, purpose, and speed: * Pink Perfect * Le Moritz * Brain Juice * Doctor Sales * House of Motors What You’ll Do Here: Build and maintain managerial income statements (DRE) by brand and channel Implement and ensure correct accrual-basis accounting Organize and validate revenue and expense classification Build and update the cash flow statement (actual and projected) Create short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow projections Identify cash needs and anticipate financial risks Analyze margin, CAC, LTV, and profitability by product and channel Generate actionable financial insights for the business Support purchasing, investment, and growth decisions Lead the monthly financial closing process in a structured manner Ensure alignment across finance, accounting, and operations teams **Requirements We’re Looking For:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst Experience with monthly financial closing Revenue and expense classification and organization Managerial income statements (DRE) — not just statutory/financial reporting DRE Actual and projected cash flow statements Accrual-basis accounting Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency **Financial ERPs or management systems (e.g.:** Omie, Bling, Tiny, SAP, or similar) **Nice-to-Haves:** E-commerce experience Experience operating on marketplaces such as Mercado Livre and similar platforms Experience in high-volume transaction environments Financial forecasting and budgeting (budget and forecast) Scenario analysis Familiarity with CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and unit economics Interest in applying artificial intelligence in daily work **Work Model:** * Hybrid — onsite at Estreito (Florianópolis). * Average of 3 days per week onsite, subject to business needs. * PJ contract — salary negotiable. **Benefits:** * Uber fully covered by the company on onsite days. * Lunch provided by the company on onsite days. * Paid vacation of 30 days after 12 months of employment. * Birthday day off. * Gogood (platform offering gyms, telemedicine, psychologists, nutritionists, and pharmacy discounts) — available after 3 months.
