Support in simple operational tasks as needed **Job Description:** The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance services across all store areas. Key responsibilities include: * Sweeping, mopping, and garbage collection in both indoor and outdoor areas; * Cleaning windows, furniture, restrooms, and other facilities; * Proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment; * Supporting simple operational tasks as needed; * Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment compliant with standards. **Requirements:** * No prior experience required (training provided); * Completion of elementary education; * Agility, commitment, and attention to detail; * Must reside in Canasvieiras or nearby areas (e.g., Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho, Ingleses). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating days off); * Sunday schedule: 2 Sundays on / 1 Sunday off for men \| 1 Sunday on / 1 Sunday off for women; * Employment type: Permanent CLT or Intermittent (freelance); * Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications; * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (at affiliated restaurants); * Transportation voucher; * 13th-month salary; * Vacation bonus (where applicable); * Overtime pay (where applicable); * Shopping discount (available after 3 months of employment); * Basic food basket as attendance award (available from the 4th month onward). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Sunday – 8-hour shift (daytime or afternoon, according to schedule**).** Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
