Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization of premises, linen replacement, and order dispatch in a large motel chain. If you are dedicated and proactive, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! **\*Responsibilities:\*** Cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Dispatching menu orders to suites; **\*Requirements:\*** Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and **safety** procedures and standards; **\*We Offer:\*** \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.978,00 \+ 40% hazard pay **\*Meal Allowance (after 3 months):\*** R$ 400,00 **\*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy:\*** R$ 300,00 \*Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
