Analysis and approval of tests on processes and products Mondiana | Biguaçu - SC | On-site Job Description Your main responsibilities: * Review production systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks or issues in production machinery. * Implement improvements or new processes, quality standards, and products, monitoring daily production, controlling, testing, and updating records in the Product Technical Sheet that defines machine production parameters; * Be accountable for issuing and ensuring accuracy of content and procedures in product technical sheets; * Support mold, equipment, and new machinery trial runs, defining updated product technical sheets. * Conduct and analyze tests on processes, products, molds, machinery, and raw materials to identify optimal working conditions, cycle outcomes, and achieve defined part quality and/or ideal machine productivity, documenting results and developing process technical sheets. * Approve or reject trial-run process outcomes, requesting mold or equipment improvements whenever necessary, and repeating or conducting new trial-run tests. * Analyze the operation of machinery, molds, systems, or production processes, developing productive process improvements, customizing modifications, seeking approvals, and executing / monitoring / guiding implementation. * Conduct tests with various types of raw materials, adapting the FTP (Technical Production File) to newly adopted material types. * Develop and deliver training for operators involved in the production process. * Interact with customers or suppliers. * Develop business plans.
