Know the entire menu and ingredients to sell confidently. Receive and attend to guest and customer requests attentively, efficiently, and personally, complying with hygiene and food safety standards, and prioritizing overall satisfaction. Inspect dishes and ensure compliance. Perform wine service. Qualifications: Completed high school (higher education or qualifications in the field are desirable). Experience: Prior experience as Head Waiter\Maitre or similar role in a high-end à la carte restaurant is required. Preferred Qualifications: English proficiency, personal vehicle.
