




Job Summary: Grill cook to work at the parrilla, preparing meats, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and assisting with side dish preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor meat cooking to achieve the correct doneness GRILL COOK FOR PARRILLA WORK (FOOD PREPARATION, PRIMARILY MEATS) **** Experience in parrilla, churrascaria, grill operations, or similar is a major advantage. * **Assist in meat preparation:** Assist in cutting, seasoning, and organizing meats. * **Maintain a clean and organized workstation:** Clean the parrilla, grills, utensils, department equipment, and general work area. * **Monitor meat preparation:** Monitor meat cooking to ensure proper grilling doneness. * **Prepare side dishes:** Assist in preparing sauces, farofa, salads, and other side dishes. * **Organize and count ingredients:** Organize and conduct inventory counts of meats and ingredients; receive and store goods. * **Comply with food safety standards:** Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Other tasks:** Assist with other parrilla-related tasks, such as charcoal replenishment, equipment handling, and, in some cases, customer service; comply with supervisor instructions.
