ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Quality Department ensures that operational processes are executed in a **standardized, efficient, and auditable** manner, with an emphasis on continuous improvement, failure prevention, and adherence to deadlines/service-level agreements. We work side by side with operational teams to strengthen routines, controls, and metrics—and prevent chaos from becoming the default method. The mission of this position is to **support quality control and monitoring** of processes, contributing through indicator analysis, record-keeping, and internal audits, thereby ensuring standardization and constant evolution. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support monitoring of operational process execution, verifying compliance with procedures and internal standards. * Assist in analyzing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs, non-conformities), consolidating data and supporting report generation. * Collaborate in internal audits under supervision, helping identify deviations and supporting corrective and preventive actions. * Support updating and organizing operational documents (manuals, workflows, standards), ensuring traceability and easy access. * Assist in preparing guidance materials and training content to reinforce quality practices across teams. * Contribute to organizing physical and digital documents, ensuring information security and compliance with LGPD regulations. * Support reviews and validations of operational reports related to quality. * Meet deadlines and support critical departmental routines with discipline and attention to detail. * Engage in continuous learning, absorbing methodologies and strengthening the foundation of processes. REQUIREMENTS * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * Practical experience (even if introductory) in administrative routines, processes, or quality. * Prior support of audits, indicator management, or monitoring routines is considered a plus. KNOWLEDGE * Basic understanding of performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) and quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, flowcharts). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with **Excel** as a key tool. * Preferred qualifications: familiarity with ERP and/or BI systems; basic knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
