Job Summary:
Administrative/Financial Analyst focused on cash flow management, financial analysis, cost control, and support for strategic decision-making.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage and forecast cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term);
* Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement);
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring variances and projections;
* Evaluate costs and margins, proposing optimizations;
* Manage bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable;
* Develop managerial reports and financial KPIs;
* Conduct profitability and economic feasibility analyses;
* Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights and scenario analysis;
* Improve internal financial processes and controls;
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Auditing, and Operations teams;
* Lead or support efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives;
* Identify and mitigate financial risks.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress);
* Prior experience as an Administrative/Financial Analyst;
* Experience handling high daily transaction volumes;
* Preferred experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality sectors;
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced level);
* Familiarity with ERP systems;
* Analytical mindset, highly organized, and strong communication skills.

Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month
