




Responsible for direct customer service in the bakery area, offering products, packaging goods, and ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include: * Serving customers at the counter and offering available products; * Packaging and restocking products in display cases; * Heating or baking ready-to-serve items in ovens (breads, savory snacks, sweets); * Assisting with workplace organization and sanitation; * Washing bakery dishes, utensils, and trays; * Working in compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service quality standards. **Requirements:** * No prior experience required (training will be provided); * Completion of elementary education; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to serve the public; * Must reside in the North region of the island (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho, etc.). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating days off); * Sunday schedule: 2 Sundays on / 1 Sunday off for men; 1 Sunday on / 1 Sunday off for women; * Employment type: Permanent CLT or Intermittent (freelance); * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (at accredited restaurants); * Transportation voucher; * 13th-month salary; * Hazard pay (20%); * Night shift allowance (when applicable); * Overtime pay (when applicable); * Attendance bonus (basic food basket starting from the 4th month); * Employee discount on purchases (starting after 3 months). **Working Hours:** * Monday through Sunday, with a 6-on/1-off schedule and an 8-hour shift (daytime or afternoon, as needed).
