Currently, we are expanding into new cities and already operate in Goiânia, Curitiba, Balneário Camboriú, Belo Horizonte, Itapema, Itajaí, Porto Belo, Florianópolis, and São José. **About the Position** The Content team at MySide creates original and valuable materials (such as rankings, studies, calculators, etc.) that improve information quality in the real estate market and help property buyers make smarter decisions. Although we already have significant traffic on our website publications, we aim to increase our production capacity to achieve even better results. In this context, **the intern in Content Engineering will focus on developing authentic, data-rich content** using no-code/low-code platforms and AI solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop solutions using AI and low-complexity tools (such as Google Apps Script, Python, among others) to automate high-quality content production at scale. * Collect, organize, and process datasets from multiple sources for use in creating relevant, data-driven content. * Build interactive online content tools such as calculators and financing simulators using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Lovable, Calconic, n8n, and similar). * Create automated dashboards for analyzing published content performance and quality, aiming to improve our SEO and content production processes. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in any undergraduate program; * Familiarity with programming logic and some experience with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script (even through academic or personal projects). * Interest in automation technologies, generative AI (such as ChatGPT), and no-code/low-code tools. * Ability to conduct structured research, handle information from diverse sources (both public and internal), and transform them into useful content inputs. * Curiosity to test new tools and find effective solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with platforms such as n8n, v0, or Lovable * Knowledge of Business Intelligence software such as Power BI or BigQuery * Experience with databases * Previous experience in startups or technology companies * Interest in the real estate sector **Contract Details:** * Internship stipend: BRL 1,500 + BRL 90 transportation allowance * Hours: 30 hours per week (morning and/or afternoon shifts) * Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) **Workplace: Rua Lauro Linhares, 589, Trindade, Florianópolis - SC, 88036-001** **If you want to make a difference at a growing startup, this is the opportunity for you!**
