Job Summary: The professional will plan and control production, issue production orders, manage procurement requirements, and assist in improving manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Work with innovative products for renowned brands **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform production planning; * Issue production orders; * Generate and verify procurement requirements; * Submit requests for separation of production orders; * Monitor material receipt and shortages on the production line; * Enter production performance indicator data; * Assist in improving manufacturing processes and documentation; * Other related duties. **Minimum Education:** Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Production Management, Production Engineering, Administration, Automation, Logistics, or Processes. **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in production/PCP. **Desired Knowledge:** * Knowledge related to production planning and control; * Knowledge or experience in warehouse operations and/or Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, procurement logistics, and receiving processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and internet research. * Affinity with industrial and/or technology environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing and technology environments. * Experience with ERP systems. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary + benefits with no payroll deductions: VT or Fuel Allowance (BRL 15.00 per day), Meal Allowance (BRL 30.00 per day) * Opportunity for personal and professional development; * Supply innovative products for brands such as Volvo, Whirlpool, Tramontina, among others; * Uniodonto dental plan, Life Insurance, Pharmacy partnership. * On-site lunch facility * Rest room * Unlimited coffee/tea Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: BRL 3,300.00 – BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed higher education (preferred) Experience: * Production programming and control (mandatory) * ERP system (mandatory) * Industrial production processes (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
