




**Responsibilities:** * Receive customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. * Create Service Orders (SOs). * Understand customer needs and perform technical vehicle triage. * Prepare service and parts estimates. * Monitor service execution with the workshop team. * Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress. * Conduct vehicle handover, explaining performed services. * Perform follow-up and post-service activities to ensure satisfaction. * Organize schedule, deadlines, and service priorities. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of mechanics. * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Ability to handle pressure and conflict situations. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with computer systems, WhatsApp, and SO issuance.
