Job Summary: The IT Equipment Maintenance Technician ensures the availability and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, providing support and collaborating in equipment procurement. Collaborates in the procurement of technological equipment. **Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of company equipment and technological infrastructure. Duties include responding to support tickets, assisting end users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals, supporting basic network and VPN configurations, and collaborating in the procurement of IT equipment to ensure technological resources align with business needs.
