Work Location: Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, nº 60, 10th floor \- Tower II \- Barreiros, São José \- SC, 88117\-400 Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site Responsibilities: * Proactively and responsively recruit healthcare professionals to build and expand the accredited network, aligned with operational demands; * Lead the accreditation and onboarding process, including document review, validation of technical requirements, and alignment with internal criteria; * Conduct mandatory document checklists (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.), maintaining organized and up-to-date records; * Verify participation in and completion of mandatory training programs, where applicable, ensuring professionals are qualified to perform their duties; * Serve as the primary point of contact for professionals throughout the onboarding process, delivering a seamless, clear, and solution-oriented experience; * Ensure accredited professionals meet all requirements prior to approval for inclusion in service scheduling; * Monitor document expiration dates and support re-accreditation or registration updates; * Support de-accreditation management, overseeing administrative procedures, notifying impacted departments, and ensuring traceability of decisions and provider history; * Maintain and update control systems and spreadsheets, ensuring traceability, governance, and compliance throughout the accreditation process; * Support scheduling, commercial, quality, or operations teams whenever technical, documentary, or status-related information about a professional is required; * Identify opportunities to improve the accreditation process, proposing adjustments that enhance efficiency, predictability, and network experience.
