It develops exclusive formulas and leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver effective results while enhancing people's beauty and well-being. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute the social media posting calendar, focusing on engagement and brand strengthening; Create creative content (text, images, video) aligned with the company’s positioning; Monitor and respond to social media interactions, tracking performance metrics and results; Support digital marketing campaigns (paid traffic, email marketing, etc.); Collaborate on the creation of institutional and commercial materials (presentations, catalogs, e-books, brochures); Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence across various online and offline channels; Support the organization of events, internal marketing initiatives, and brand activations; Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure consistent communication and a 360-degree marketing perspective. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar); Experience with RD Station CRM.
