It provides tools to optimize human resources and organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Conduct full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Administer all HR department activities, including payroll, benefits, and legal compliance. Design and implement training and development programs. Mediate labor relations and resolve conflicts, while promoting initiatives to strengthen the organizational environment and culture.
