With a specialized team, it aims to optimize processes and develop talent within organizations. **Responsibilities:** A growing company seeks a professional to work as a generalist in the Human Resources area, supporting strategic and operational people management activities. Key responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes. Support employee training and development initiatives. Monitor HR performance evaluations and KPIs. Provide support in onboarding, offboarding, and new employee integration processes. Support organizational climate and team engagement initiatives. Develop and support internal campaigns and endomarketing activities. Provide leadership support on people management topics. Perform routine Personnel Department tasks, providing support and information to Accounting. Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
