With over 40 years of market experience, we have become specialists in the storage and distribution of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products.* *So, if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our national structuring and growth, join us!* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and monitor Budget, Forecast, and budget revisions * Analyze variances between actual vs. budgeted results, focusing on operational costs * Develop management reports (Management P&L, EBITDA, profitability, and key performance indicators) * Analyze profitability by route, customer, branch, cargo type, and vehicle * Calculate and control fixed and variable costs of logistics and transportation operations * Support freight pricing studies, contracts, and economic feasibility analyses * Support monthly accounting closing, reconciliations, and results analysis * Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and accounting standards * Drive continuous improvement of controller and internal control processes * Automate reports and analyses using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools * Act as business partner to Operational, Fleet, Commercial, and Finance departments **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Finance, Controller, or Business Management is desirable; * Advanced Excel; * Power BI; * Database knowledge is desirable; * ERP knowledge (KMM and Multiembarcador), Managerial and Financial Accounting, Logistics Costs, and Fleet Management are desirable; **Additional Information** * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals; * Free parking; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing (based on CCT); * Basic food basket (after probation period); * Health plan (after probation period); * Dental plan (after probation period); Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization / MBA
