Description:
To make it happen, you need:
* Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus).
* Prior experience in logistics, administrative routines, or freight processes.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Organization, attention to detail, and strong logical reasoning.
* Good communication skills and discipline for structured routines.
It will be a plus if you have:
* Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Experience with TMS (preferably GFE/Totvs).
* Familiarity with freight rate tables, route planning, and logistics analysis.
In the Logistics team, you will:
* Verify contracted freight versus invoiced freight and perform system entries.
* Conduct freight financial reconciliations, provisions, and controls.
* Register and maintain carriers, including required documentation and licenses.
* Perform freight quotations and update the logistics database.
* Register, update, and validate freight rate tables in the TMS, ensuring correct configuration.
* Support order route planning and analyses of costs, routes, and service levels.
* Assist internal departments with operational queries and inconsistencies.
