**About this position**
We are seeking a professional to serve as an Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Board, responsible for organizing executive routines, managing agendas, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing strategic support to leadership’s daily activities.
This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, with strong communication skills, who enjoys structuring processes, streamlining routines, and supporting diverse administrative and executive functions within a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities and duties** **Key responsibilities:**
* Manage Directors’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, alignment sessions, and priorities;
* Support the reorganization and structuring of leadership’s administrative and executive routines;
* Track tasks, follow up on progress, and conduct follow-ups with internal departments;
* Organize corporate travel, reservations, expense reporting, and logistical support;
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, executive materials, and documents;
* Interface with internal departments, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders;
* Ensure proper organization of information and documents;
* Support the organization of in-person and online meetings;
* Act with urgency, prioritize tasks, and monitor deliverables;
Contribute to process improvements and routine organization within the area.

**Experience**
* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or related roles;
* Experience directly supporting leadership and managing calendars;
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in organizing administrative processes and routines.

**Requirements and qualifications** **Education:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
**Technical knowledge:**
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
