Support in onboarding and deadline tracking We are looking for someone who is communicative, organized, empathetic, and consultative, and who understands that **a well-served customer is a customer who stays, trusts, and grows together** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and phone; * Receive, organize, and route requests to the responsible departments; * Track deadlines and ensure timely responses to customers; * Support new customer onboarding (sending instructions, collecting documents, etc.); * Maintain control and organization of requests in the system; * Ensure clarity of information and quality of service provided; * Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Proficiency with technology (e\-mail, WhatsApp Web, internal systems); * Responsibility regarding deadlines and request tracking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in accounting firms or administrative areas; * Proactive and solution-oriented profile; * Experience with CRM or demand management tools.
