Dynamic professional with strong profile analysis capability Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection professional to manage high-volume selection processes, ensuring hiring agility and quality, as well as alignment with clients’ operational needs. Responsibilities: * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions (e.g., security guards, access controllers, doormen, cleaning staff, custodial staff, etc.). * Screen resumes, conduct in-person and online interviews, and prepare candidate evaluation reports. * Align position profiles with operational managers and internal departments. * Ensure timely vacancy closure and contractual replacements. * Support onboarding processes and coordinate the referral of approved candidates. * Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, number of vacancies). * Develop strategies to attract professionals in the security and facilities segment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within service-providing companies. * Experience handling high volumes of operational positions. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority. Desired Profile: A dynamic and organized professional, capable of managing high-volume selection processes and possessing strong analytical capability for assessing profiles for operational and technical positions.
