We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—promoting an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and structure project scopes, develop plans, and communicate\-with stakeholders. * Prepare technical documentation for procurement and bidding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. * Manage interfaces with Concessionaires, designers, and regulatory bodies, conducting meetings and tracking schedules. * Conduct technical evaluations of projects, guiding third\-party companies and ensuring viable, high\-quality solutions. * Monitor project contracts, tracking scope, cost, schedule, and quality. * Provide technical support during construction, ensuring version updates and execution efficiency. * Comply with and promote governance, compliance, and continuous improvement practices. * Document and share lessons learned, strengthening the team’s technical knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Knowledge of highway projects; Experience in Project Management for Highway Infrastructure; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Knowledge of Power BI; Knowledge of BIM; Driver's License Category "B" – Availability for travel; **You stand out if you have:** Postgraduate degree in Highways or Project Management; Postgraduate degree in Structures **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating in **13 states**, moving thousands of people daily by providing comprehensive mobility solutions that generate positive societal impact.
