Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for CNC machine setup, operation and monitoring, technical drawing interpretation, quality inspection, and basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Quality Inspection and Basic Maintenance **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Machine Setup:** Install cutting tools, secure raw workpieces, and perform machine "zeroing" (axis alignment). * **Operation and Monitoring:** Launch CNC programs (e.g., FANUC, Siemens), observe machining operations, and adjust parameters (e.g., speed, feed rate) to ensure quality. * **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process sheets. * **Quality Inspection:** Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify whether parts meet specified tolerances. * **Basic Maintenance:** Perform machine cleaning and lubrication, as well as replacement of worn-out tools.
