Reception and direction of customers and suppliers. Control of supplies, invoices, and maintenance requests. Mail distribution. Monitoring of due dates and ticket creation. Issuance of invoices. Asset control. Document and record organization. Support in quotations and budgeting. On-site work in Campinas / SP. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
