Engineering Analyst - Terrace Construction Project

We are seeking a professional to work as an **Engineering Analyst** in Jundiaí/SP who is eager to grow, highly committed and responsible toward their work, and respectful toward others. Interested? Learn more. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsible for:** * Controlling project sheets at construction sites * Managing measurement equipment for inspection (proper storage, verification according to standards, and re-verification every 6 months) * Requesting calibration certificates for third-party equipment * Verifying measurement equipment used by production teams * Receiving concrete * Monitoring concrete specimen molding and Slump testing **Supporting Activities:** * Managing and ensuring compliance with the Construction Site’s Technological Control Plan (PCT) (Databook system) * Managing construction site indicators (schedule, cost, quality, safety, first inspection approval) * Proper storage of calibrated measurement equipment * Receiving non-controlled and controlled materials (FVM) * Third-party measurements (contractors, services) and equipment rental measurements * Concrete scheduling — ready-mix supplier, technological control, pumping, finishing, and crew coordination * End-of-project checklist conducted jointly with the construction team * Approvals: PQO, labor contracts, measurements, schedules, and budgets * Submitting information to the Engineering Department for preparation of the Owner’s Manual (As-Built installation drawings, inventory of materials used per area, list of suppliers, equipment manuals and warranties) * Requesting construction-related projects * Directly requesting project changes via AUTODOC **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience in residential construction (houses and/or buildings) required * Preferred experience overseeing construction projects from foundation through handover * Knowledge of planning, schedule control, cost management, productivity, etc. * Availability to work in Jundiaí/SP **Additional Information** **What matters to you also matters to us!** **The benefits we offer include:** * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance (Unimed and Uniodonto) * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Pharmacy partnership * Mental health support initiatives * Sports incentives (road running) * Commercial partnerships * Gympass membership * We are a GPTW-certified employer! **Want to join this team, proud to be one of the best companies to work for in the interior of São Paulo?** **Apply now and help us transform lives!** Transforming people’s lives by delivering environments of excellent quality and location, ensuring the best customer experience throughout the entire relationship lifecycle — this is our mission.
