Job Summary: Supervise the operations of convenience stores, manage procurement, inventory, and performance indicators to ensure standardization and support store teams. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and process standardization * Supervise operations across multiple convenience stores; conduct periodic visits to store units; manage procurement and merchandise replenishment; research and introduce new products according to market demand; monitor sales, profitability, and performance indicators; manage accounts payable related to store operations; manage inventory and ensure product availability; oversee the management system, data entry, and managerial reporting; ensure store standardization and compliance with established processes; support and guide unit teams. * Prior experience in supervising retail or convenience stores; knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and financial indicators; proficiency in using management systems; analytical, organized, and proactive mindset; strong communication and leadership skills; willingness to travel between stores; valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
