Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Designer to develop graphics for social media, campaigns, and visual identities, actively participating in the creative process to transform ideas into functional deliverables. Therefore, we are looking for a **Designer who unites creativity, technical skill, and strategic vision** to join our team. **Your Responsibilities** * Creation of social media graphics, presentations, campaigns, and visual identities. * Development of institutional, commercial, and event-related materials. * Participation in the creative process, understanding narratives, archetypes, and each brand’s positioning. * Transformation of ideas into clear, beautiful, and functional deliverables. * Co-creation with content, traffic, audiovisual, and client service teams. **What We Look For In You** * A refined eye for aesthetics, balance, and quality. * **Agility**, without compromising attention to detail. * Ability to translate briefs into visual narratives. * **Organization** and accountability regarding deadlines. * **Execution**; * Experience with social media, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and related tools; Adobe or similar software. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in visual identity design. * Experience in motion design. * Portfolio showcasing diverse projects. * Basic knowledge of branding and marketing. * Layout design for visual graphic materials * Development of graphic materials for online use (websites, social media, WhatsApp) * Visual web projects (user interface/site navigation); * Branding; * Creation of graphic materials across various sectors, providing solutions to clients’ challenges; posts, stories, banners, animations, short videos, general layouts, stationery. * Completion of task workflow
